In the last 14 years, Aaron has owned a mobile truck washing company, direct mail order company, retail store, four automotive repair shops, three used appliance stores, two business brokerages, and a consulting company.  His expertise is buying a business, building it up, and transforming it into an absentee owner operation.  Using the principles he teaches, Aaron currently owns 4 profitable businesses as an absentee owner.  He lives in Woodinville, WA with his wife and son.

As an international public speaker for 11 years, Oliver is a master in teaching, presenting, and writing.  He is the author of the Absentee Owner Manuals, and the creator of the Hands-On Business Consulting Program.  Working with Aaron for several years and having owned three businesses himself, Oliver has developed the most comprehensive system on absentee business ownership.  Oliver holds a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington, and currently lives in Bellevue, WA.
